Reaching Out

Summer's Bounty

Original stained glass design by Pam Bennett. A layer of amber glass is soldered to the back of the panel to deepen the shadow from the umbrella. This method is called glass plating. The deep blue segments of the umbrella are also plated to the front of the panel. Glass nuggets were used for the berries,grapes and some of the other fruit for a 3-D look, along with wire overlays on lemon slices. The watermelon seeds are painted glass. 26.25" x 22" S&H with insurance will be paid for by buyer.

Stained glass window

Two panels are set into an antique window frame. Glue chip (jack frost glass) bevel clusters are surrounded by rich amber waterglass. This window is ready to hang and measures approx. 18" x 24" S&H with insurance will be paid for by buyer.

Patchwork Guy

One of a Kind fused glass mask by Pam. Intricately detailed with vibrant colors. Gold paint and dichroic glass accent this abstract face. The mask sits in a black stand and does not need to be near a window to look its best. The patchwork man panel measures approx. 12.75" x 11.5" in the stand it measures 15" tall by 13.5". Spring Fairy

A whimsical fairy sits atop a friendly mushroom. As she pets her lion daffodil friend, Miss kitty rose awaits her turn. All the while the mushroom enjoys the view. The only painting is the eyes and features on the faces all the other shading is done by using different shades of stained glass. Colored pieces of stained glass were plated behind the wing to give it added dimension and color. My friend calls this piece a watercolor made from glass. Shipping,handling and insurance is $65.00.

"Fleur de le"

A beveled glass fleur de le is the center motif of this lead came panel. The background is turquois glue chip stained glass (jack frost) and the border is a circle of zipper beveled glass. This panel is made from cemented lead came so is watertight and is good for indoor or out door viewing. The approximate measurement is 14" rd. and is ready for hanging. The Sun also Rises

This beautiful arched stained glass panel is also a one of a kind original design by Pam. The sun is peaking up through all the phases of the moon. The new moon is irridised black glass. The background of the moon phases is rich youghogheny purple blue and green glass (not appreciated fully in the photograph). Glass nuggets were used for the eyes with the pupils painted on the back so that the eyes will follow you as you pass it. This stained glass panel measures approx. 10.5" high by 21" long. "Scatter-brained"

This one of a kind Fused glass mask plaque made by Pam will accent any wall. This mask has a black glass background with a multicolored face. Gold paint and dichroic glass add pizzaz.
